The RPT Program

Rising Phoenix Training (RPT for short) is the department within Club Phoenix responsible for helping you reach the goals you came here to achieve. The RPT Program is a unique fitness service and experience that truly differentiates us from our competition. We will not be satisfied with simply collecting your money monthly and letting you fend for yourself. We believe it to be a disservice to our clientele if we don't offer each and every member the opportunity to get the best fitness and wellness results possible.

The basis of this program and the secret to it's success is the 1 1/2 hour Fitness Consultation Appointment that you have with a certified Fitness Consultant - 3 fitness consultations a year are strongly recommended.

Personal Trainers

Based on the information collected and the testing that takes place, our Fitness Consultant recommends a trainer that is best suited to work with you and suggests how many times per week you should meet. A program is then designed by that personal trainer, based on the recommendations that are prescribed as a result of the fitness consultation.

As a new client you have the option of two different RPT Programs.

  1. Initial Fitness Consultation

In-depth health screening to ensure you are safe to exercise.
Cardiovascular assessment to evaluate how efficiently your heart/lungs function during exercise.
  Body composition analysis.
  Flexibility and strength limitation testing.
Measurement of blood pressure and resting heart rate.
  Total body measurements.
  Muscular endurance assessments.
Determination of equipment knowlege based on range of movement, speed and control of exercise,
breathing patterns, body positioning, and isolation.
  Equipment technique demonstration.
  Exercise prescription.
